As a mortgage agent it is important to have communication skills which I developed while working as a dispatcher. It is best for the clients if their mortgage agent have financial skills which I learned through my courses and a must have quality  of customer service which I gained working as a coordinator at Sonora foods.

Also, the continuous education is much needed to understand the new policies, changes in the industry which I am passionate about. My past roles may not be directly related to Mortgages but skills, knowledge and habits surely will be of great help to the clients and as well as my personal growth.

As a mortgage agent I will make sure to gain the trust of clients and will not disappoint them in their biggest shelter decisions or investment decisions.
